ECGIA 22nd Annual Training Conference
The East Coast Gang Investigator’s Association and its co-host, MAGLOCLEN, will host the 22nd Annual East Coast Gang Investigator’s Association Information Sharing Conference at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center, 101 North Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Registration Information
Monday, October 2, 2023 will be a travel day with registration being held from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. and thereafter daily beginning at 7:00 am. The conference will commence at 8:30 am, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 and will wrap up on Friday, October 6, 2023 at approximately 1:00 pm.
The registration fee is $300, (after September 21, 2023 the fee is $325.) The registration deadline is September 22, 2023. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast each morning, hospitality dinner/one free drink ticket on Tuesday evening, October 3, 2023 conference related materials and a 1-year ECGIA Membership.
Please make checks payable to ECGIA, Federal Tax ID# 52-2098813. Vouchers & credit cards are accepted. Please use https://checkout.square.site/buy/SO7U2LOCMHNZWNN7GUHXR4ZB to pay via credit card. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received on or before September 8, 2023. No refunds will be issued after September 8, 2023. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the conference.
Hotel/Location Information
The conference will be held at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center, 101 North Boardwalk,
Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Each individual will be responsible for making his/her own reservation no
later than Friday, September 15, 2023. Any reservations received after that date will be subject to
availability and the prevailing room rates. The room rate is $119.00 single/double, $134.00 triple &
$149.00 quad plus 11% tax, $1.50 There is NO charge for parking. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Please call 1-800-422-0600 to book room reservations. Please reference to East Coast Gang
Investigators Association, booking ID number #10837 and to minimize any confusion when reserving
accommodations and to insure receiving the group rate. If guests cancel a guaranteed reservation for
any reason, they must do so 72 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a refund of deposit.
However, a $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Any reservations cancelled
within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.
